These services include <\/p><ul data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"1338\"><li data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"814\"><strong data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"717\">Website creation and redesign<\/strong>: Design of modern, responsive platforms optimized for user experience.<\/li><li data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"969\"><strong data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"844\">SEO &amp; SEA<\/strong>: Optimization of Google rankings (SEO) and management of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).<\/li><li data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1113\"><strong data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1006\">Digital marketing strategy<\/strong>: social network management, advertising campaigns, content creation and marketing automation.<\/li><li data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1228\"><strong data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1144\">Audiovisual production<\/strong>: Creation of promotional videos, event reports and animated content.<\/li><li data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1338\"><strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1264\">Visual identity &amp; graphic design<\/strong>: Design of logos, graphic charters and communication media.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1478\">By engaging the Agency, the Customer accepts these Conditions, which may be supplemented by specific clauses depending on the project.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1483\"><h4 data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1528\"><strong data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1526\">Article 2: Contractual commitment<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1783\">The contract between the Agency and the Customer is formed as soon as a quotation or order form is signed. By validating a quotation, the Customer acknowledges that he is authorized to bind his company to this agreement, and undertakes to respect the obligations arising therefrom. <\/p><p data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1953\">In some cases, additional conditions from partners or service providers may apply and will be communicated to the customer before the project is confirmed.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"1958\"><h4 data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2004\"><strong data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2002\">Article 3: Agency obligations<\/strong><\/h4><h4 data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2041\"><strong data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2039\">3.1 Quality commitment<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2042\" data-end=\"2205\">The Agency undertakes to provide services in line with market standards, using its expertise and resources to maximize customer satisfaction.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2258\"><strong data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2256\">3.2 Developing digital strategies<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2314\">On receipt of the initial payment, the Agency will :<\/p><ul data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2576\"><li data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2406\">Audit and development of a personalized strategy tailored to the customer&#8217;s objectives.<\/li><li data-start=\"2407\" data-end=\"2477\">Implementation of marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media).<\/li><li data-start=\"2478\" data-end=\"2576\">Design and optimization of digital media (website, graphic and video content).<\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"2578\" data-end=\"2626\"><strong data-start=\"2582\" data-end=\"2624\">3.3 Service provider management and tools<\/strong><\/h4><ul data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2805\"><li data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2715\">Selection of service providers (hosting companies, analytics tools, advertising software).<\/li><li data-start=\"2716\" data-end=\"2805\">Supervision and coordination of the various parties involved in the project.<\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2843\"><strong data-start=\"2811\" data-end=\"2841\">3.4 Communication and follow-up<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2844\" data-end=\"3006\">The Agency ensures regular monitoring of the project, communicates performance reports to the Customer and remains available for any questions or reasonable adjustments.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3008\" data-end=\"3011\"><h4 data-start=\"3013\" data-end=\"3055\"><strong data-start=\"3016\" data-end=\"3053\">Article 4: Customer obligations<\/strong><\/h4><h4 data-start=\"3057\" data-end=\"3098\"><strong data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3096\">4.1 Providing information<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"3099\" data-end=\"3209\">The Customer undertakes to provide all the information required for the proper execution of the project, in particular :<\/p><ul data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3380\"><li data-start=\"3210\" data-end=\"3306\">Access to advertising accounts and analysis tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).<\/li><li data-start=\"3307\" data-end=\"3380\">Content (text, images, video) to be integrated into digital media.<\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"3382\" data-end=\"3404\"><strong data-start=\"3386\" data-end=\"3402\">4.2 Payment<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"3405\" data-end=\"3552\">The customer undertakes to respect the agreed payment schedule. Any delay may result in the suspension of services until payment has been made. <\/p><h4 data-start=\"3554\" data-end=\"3592\"><strong data-start=\"3558\" data-end=\"3590\">4.3 Validation of deliverables<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"3593\" data-end=\"3724\">The customer must validate the deliverables within the set deadlines. Any delay in validation may have an impact on the project schedule. <\/p><hr data-start=\"3726\" data-end=\"3729\"><h4 data-start=\"3731\" data-end=\"3773\"><strong data-start=\"3734\" data-end=\"3771\">Article 5: Terms of payment<\/strong><\/h4><h4 data-start=\"3775\" data-end=\"3809\"><strong data-start=\"3779\" data-end=\"3807\">5.1 Down payments and due dates<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"3810\" data-end=\"3877\">Payment for services is made according to the following schedule:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3878\" data-end=\"4009\"><li data-start=\"3878\" data-end=\"3955\"><strong data-start=\"3880\" data-end=\"3887\">50%<\/strong> of the total amount on signature of the quotation to start the project.<\/li><li data-start=\"3956\" data-end=\"4009\"><strong data-start=\"3958\" data-end=\"3974\">The remaining 50%<\/strong> on final delivery of the project.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4011\" data-end=\"4109\">For projects of less than 30 days, full payment may be required on validation.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"4111\" data-end=\"4168\"><strong data-start=\"4115\" data-end=\"4166\">5.2 Billing of additional services<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"4169\" data-end=\"4306\">Any service not included in the initial quotation will be the subject of an additional quotation submitted to the customer for approval prior to execution.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"4308\" data-end=\"4341\"><strong data-start=\"4312\" data-end=\"4339\">5.3 Late payment penalties<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"4342\" data-end=\"4498\">In the event of late payment, penalties of <strong data-start=\"4414\" data-end=\"4450\">1.5 times the legal interest rate<\/strong> will apply, in addition to any collection costs.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4500\" data-end=\"4503\"><h4 data-start=\"4505\" data-end=\"4554\"><strong data-start=\"4508\" data-end=\"4552\">Article 6: Modifications and adjustments<\/strong><\/h4><h4 data-start=\"4556\" data-end=\"4594\"><strong data-start=\"4560\" data-end=\"4592\">6.1 Modification requests<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"4595\" data-end=\"4734\">Any changes requested after the quotation has been validated may be subject to <strong data-start=\"4676\" data-end=\"4701\">additional charges<\/strong> depending on the work required.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"4736\" data-end=\"4790\"><strong data-start=\"4740\" data-end=\"4788\">6.2 Contingencies and technical adjustments<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"4791\" data-end=\"4964\">If technical constraints or market developments require adjustments to the service, the Agency will propose suitable alternative solutions to the Customer.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4966\" data-end=\"4969\"><h4 data-start=\"4971\" data-end=\"5017\"><strong data-start=\"4974\" data-end=\"5015\">Article 7: Cancellation and termination<\/strong><\/h4><h4 data-start=\"5019\" data-end=\"5057\"><strong data-start=\"5023\" data-end=\"5055\">7.1 Cancellation by the Customer<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"5058\" data-end=\"5106\">In the event of cancellation after signing the quotation :<\/p><ul data-start=\"5107\" data-end=\"5315\"><li data-start=\"5107\" data-end=\"5227\"><strong data-start=\"5109\" data-end=\"5154\">More than 30 days before the start of the project<\/strong>: 50% of the total amount is due to cover preparation costs.<\/li><li data-start=\"5228\" data-end=\"5315\"><strong data-start=\"5230\" data-end=\"5276\">Less than 30 days before the start of the project<\/strong>: 100% of the total amount will be invoiced.<\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"5317\" data-end=\"5354\"><strong data-start=\"5321\" data-end=\"5352\">7.2 Cancellation by the Agency<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"5355\" data-end=\"5422\">The Agency reserves the right to cancel a service in the event of :<\/p><ul data-start=\"5423\" data-end=\"5532\"><li data-start=\"5423\" data-end=\"5481\">Non-compliance with payment obligations by the Customer.<\/li><li data-start=\"5482\" data-end=\"5532\">Force majeure preventing project execution.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5534\" data-end=\"5649\">In the event of cancellation by the Agency, a refund of the sums paid will be made, except in cases of force majeure.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5651\" data-end=\"5654\"><h4 data-start=\"5656\" data-end=\"5701\"><strong data-start=\"5659\" data-end=\"5699\">Article 8: Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h4><ul data-start=\"5702\" data-end=\"5959\"><li data-start=\"5702\" data-end=\"5852\">All deliverables created by the Agency (content, designs, videos, marketing strategies) remain its property until the project has been paid for in full.<\/li><li data-start=\"5853\" data-end=\"5959\">Once payment has been received, the rights of use are transferred to the Customer, unless otherwise specified.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5961\" data-end=\"6068\">Any unauthorized use, modification or reproduction of deliverables prior to payment is prohibited.<\/p><hr data-start=\"6070\" data-end=\"6073\"><h4 data-start=\"6075\" data-end=\"6111\"><strong data-start=\"6078\" data-end=\"6109\">Article 9: Confidentiality<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"6112\" data-end=\"6280\">The Agency undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information exchanged with the Customer. No data will be shared with third parties without prior consent. <\/p><p data-start=\"6282\" data-end=\"6385\">For its part, the Customer undertakes not to divulge the methods and strategies used by the Agency.<\/p><hr data-start=\"6387\" data-end=\"6390\"><h4 data-start=\"6392\" data-end=\"6442\"><strong data-start=\"6395\" data-end=\"6440\">Article 10: Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h4><ul data-start=\"6443\" data-end=\"6841\"><li data-start=\"6443\" data-end=\"6674\">The agency makes every effort to guarantee the performance of its campaigns and strategies, but cannot guarantee a precise result due to external factors (Google algorithms, competition, market trends).<\/li><li data-start=\"6675\" data-end=\"6841\">The Agency cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties (hosts, advertising platforms, social networks) affecting campaign performance.<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"6843\" data-end=\"6846\"><h4 data-start=\"6848\" data-end=\"6883\"><strong data-start=\"6851\" data-end=\"6881\">Article 11: Force majeure<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"6884\" data-end=\"7066\">The Agency cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in project execution in the event of force majeure (natural disaster, health crisis, cyber-attack, etc.).<\/p><hr data-start=\"7068\" data-end=\"7071\"><h4 data-start=\"7073\" data-end=\"7137\"><strong data-start=\"7076\" data-end=\"7135\">Article 12: Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"7138\" data-end=\"7275\">These Conditions are governed by French law.
